UK returns accepted on unopened items within 14 days To start a return, email us at info@sweetsweat.co.uk and we’ll authorise it from there.

How to return

Before you send anything back

We accept returns from United Kingdom addresses only. Before sending anything back, you must request authorisation by emailing us at info@sweetsweat.co.uk. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Once your return is authorised, please ensure the following when preparing your parcel:

Email to request
Contact info@sweetsweat.co.uk with your order number. We’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide authorisation.
Step 2
Pack it properly
Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Include your despatch note (order paperwork) inside the parcel so we can identify and process your return.
Step 3
Send it back tracked
Return postage costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage — items remain your responsibility until received at our UK warehouse.
Items must be unopened Due to the nature of our products (weight loss belts, gels, and related items), we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed condition. Any items received in an unsuitable state may be refused and returned at your expense.

What we need from you

Timeframe
14 days
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility
UK only
Returns are accepted from UK addresses only. International orders are not eligible for return under our standard policy.
Condition
Unopened
Items must be unused and in original sealed packaging, with your despatch note included. Items not meeting this standard may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item at our UK warehouse and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 7–10 working days from the date we receive your parcel. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — we are unable to refund to an alternative card or account.

What gets refunded

Full order return
If you return your entire order, we will refund the cost of the items plus the standard delivery charge. Express or non-standard shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial return
If you return only part of your order, we will refund the cost of the returned items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable for partial returns.
Unclaimed delivery
If your parcel is rejected or unclaimed and returned to us, the cost of the items will be refunded. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Processing time Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account. Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
