Sweet Sweat Research
The harder you exercise the chance of burning body fat fast of course increases significantly.
Sweet Sweat, the thermogenic workout enhancer has been used for over 30 years by athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Sweet Sweat absolutely has to be one of the most researched and scientifically tested exercise products in the fitness industry ever. Sweet Sweat was developed by fitness expert and former athlete Jeff Pedersen, a three-time national champion with the University of Southern California (USC) Trojans and a Chicago Cubs draftee.
Pedersen developed Sweet Sweat in the late 1970s for his 500-member athletic club to help enhance and accelerate their workout programs. Although it took almost four years of daily physical testing on himself as well as his club members to get the product to work, it was well worth it. In fact their results were so impressive and immediate that friends of the members were asking if they could also use Sweet Sweat. A decision was then made to put this one of a kind fitness product on the market in 1980.
Sweet Sweat has now mushroomed to being exported to 53 countries around the world and is used by amateur and professional athletes in baseball, bodybuilding, boxing, football, mixed martial arts, soccer, tennis, track and field, and other sports to substantially improve circulation, energy, and sweating.* It targets and activates slow to respond areas, helping to release toxins, and accelerating warm up and recovery time for a better, easier, fantastic workout, says Pedersen.
Studies Don’t Lie – Sweet Sweat Works!
The substantiation and reputation of this amazing product continued to grow after a very successful independent study in 1984, conducted at USC by renowned exercise physiologist Dr. Robert A. Wiswell, PhD., associate professor and chairman of the university’s physical education department. Wiswell concluded that Sweet Sweat has the effect of increasing heat production in the muscles used during exercise and that the observed thermal effect was significant in all subjects tested.*
The harder you exercise, the greater the calories burned as heat. While most of the calorie-burning effect of exercise goes to muscle contraction, you are still able to burn a considerable amount of calories as heat and achieve fat loss in the process.
Today, Sports Research continues to test athletes by having them apply Sweet Sweat to one side of their bodies and having them jump rope for 20 to 25 minutes. Images from a thermographic scanner, which measures and records infrared heat patterns, show that applying Sweet Sweat substantially improves circulation to the area or body part where it was applied.*
The amount of circulation and sweat from the side with Sweet Sweat to the side without is tested during and after exercise. The side with Sweet Sweat consistently shows a significant increase in temperature when compared to the side without.
