Pink Beet Latte

“Fly me to the moon” you say?! No problem, we got ya! Reach the stars with our sweet Pink Beet Latte, aka Moon Milk — a latte your body will thank you for. Not only is it full of the long list of health benefits from the beets, but our recipe raises the bar with the addition of our Collagen. It’s a cozy combination that will seriously warm your belly and your heart.


¼ to ½ Cooked Beet

3 cups Oat milk

1 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 scoop Collagen Peptides

A splash of Vanilla

Makes 2 lattes


  1. Cook your beet. No need to remove skin or slice. Two options — STOVETOP: throw it in boiling water and cook until it’s softened a bit (soft enough you can pierce it with a fork), about 15-20 minutes. Or in the OVEN: put it in the oven wrapped in foil at 400F and cook until softened, 30-45 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of the beet. Be sure to check periodically on the beet to see if it’s done.
  2. Let the beet cool and remove skin.
  3. Heat oat milk or milk of choice in a pot on the stove.
  4. Transfer warm milk to a blender, add remaining ingredients.
  5. Blend & serve.
