Apple Pie Overnight Chia Pudding

We love that it incorporates SR Organic MCT Oil for the simple addition of support into your daily routine.


Overnight Chia

4 tbsp Chia Seeds

2 cup Almond milk

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Satueed Apples

1 tbsp SR Organic MCT Oil

2 Apples, cubed

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Cinnamon


1 cup of Granola, divided

½ cup Greek Yogurt, divided


  1. For the Oats: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. For the Sauteed Apples: heat pan over medium heat and add all ingredients, stir and mix evenly. Continue to cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are lightly browned and softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. To Assemble: Layer in a cup or bowl the overnight chia, sauteed apples, granola and yogurt.
  4. Serve and Enjoy !
