Gluten-Free Heart Pizza

GLUTEN-FREE, GRAIN-FREE, VEGAN HEART PIZZA RECIPE <3

Ingredients

  • Simple Mills gluten-free pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp water
  • Spicy pizza sauce
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Spinach
  • Microgreens
  • BUF mozzarella OR Kite Hill almond milk ricotta (V)
  • Salt/Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Mix Simple Mills pizza dough ingredients in a bowl. Place dough on a non-stick pizza pan and shape into a heart. Place in oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Add sauce, veggies, cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Place back in oven for 15-17 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and add fresh basil + microgreens.
  6. Enjoy!
