Whey Summer Smoothie Bowl

Our #SipIntoSummer theme this month is all about getting ready for the sunshine season with some of your favorite supplements, served cold. Starting off with Whey Protein Isolate, this creamy smoothie bowl is sure to get you in the summer mood. This is the perfect recovery bowl to have after a sweaty summer workout. Plus, you can customize the toppings to your liking or make this into a smoothie!

Ingredients

1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen cauliflower

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup oat milk

1 orange, squeezed and zested

Toppings: banana slices, bee pollen, dark chocolate shavings and orange zest

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Scoop, slurp and enjoy!
