2. MCT Oil
I put this in my morning coffee or tea and also when I make protein shakes!
I love the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies – I’ve actually handed them out to several of my clients for gut digestion. I can’t swallow raw/liquid Apple Cider Vinegar at all, I’ve tried. I’ve tried it in water, in tea, in alcohol – just kidding! But I can still get the benefit of Apple Cider Vinegar with the gummies, maybe it’s a hairbit different than the raw, but it’s better than not taking it at all.
4. Elderberry Gummies
I love the Elderberry gummies. I give my son Elderberry too just for immunity- he’s in daycare so he needs all the immunity help that he can take.*
I love all of their fitness products, but the yoga mats are my absolute favorite. Everybody raves about them! They’re double sided and our fitness room turns neon colors so I can flip from the matte black side to the speckled side depending on what aesthetic we want in the class. It’s a perfect combination of soft and firm, and it’s not too thin.
